Cairns Events Let's Do This

This year, Maton Ukulele Songwriters on the Waterfront at Mondo Restaurant returns. The show will feature several ukulele songwriters from around Australia.

While the sun sets over the Trinity Inlet and Marina – which form the backdrop of this event – punters can enjoy a delicious meal, a cold drink and fresh ukulele sounds. Songwriters on the Waterfront has been running for many years and has been the launching pad for numerous successful artists, including Emma-Louise who has now chart hits around the globe.

This Maton Ukulele Songwriters on the Waterfront will feature Hallelujah Baby from Townsville, Georgie Taylor from Brisbane, Cameron Murray from Sydney and Megan Kate Grant from Perth. These acts will cover a range of musical styles from pop to classic 20’s style music to jazz and blues.
