Cairns Events Let's Do This

The German Club Cairns is ready to host it's traditional Oktoberfest again. Live music, German food and drinks! Come along and have a "oompa pa" good time!

It's held over two weekends the 30th & 1st also 7th & 8th October 2016

Once again we will see the Tropical Brass band come along to provide us with some great music. Along with the Edelweiss dancers to show us some of the traditional german dancing.

The MC of the night will be our well known Marty-B, ready to entertain the crowd.

Our menu will be some great traditional German food.
- Pork, Leberkas and Bratwurst
- Sauerkraut, onions, chips and pretzels
- German coffee and home made cakes

The bar will be supplying imported German Beer, Wine and Champagne. Along with a variety of other alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.

We will have our limited edition 'Cairns Oktoberfest 2016' Beer stein's ready to buy and fill up with your choice of beverage.

We love seeing traditional German clothing at the Oktoberfest!

So this year, it's free entry for anyone that arrives dressed up in traditional German clothing like Lederhosen and Dirndls. Otherwise entry is $10.

Parents with children are welcome from 5pm -8pm.
