Our daily lives include a considerable amount of stress, which include demands of work, family, and more. The more stress we have in our lives increases the amount of relaxation we really need. Oftentimes, we seek rest through taking holidays, but more often than not we wind up only more tired and in need of a ‘holiday after our holiday’? The ability to truly relax is something lost to modern living but, thankfully for us, can be found within the ancient teachings.

Yoga Nidra has been scientifically proven to bring our nervous system and physiology into a deep state of relaxation for true rest and recovery from our fast paced lives.
