Conducted in the peaceful setting of the Gallery, participants will be guided through various yoga techniques, including learning postures, meditation and breathing techniques to improve core strength, mind and body. Our qualified and experienced yoga instructor Jeany Schall will guide the class, offering the highest and latest standards of modern yoga practise.
Purchase a 5-class pass, which is valid for 2 months from the date of your first class. Once we receive your booking, our programs co-ordinator will email you regarding your chosen starting date. Single class pass also available.
